Great location, friendly staff

Location is exceptional. Right behind the Ritz Carlton Hotel and Torre Mayor and a 5-minute walk from the park and Chapultepec Castle and Reforma street-area. The apartment is great and modernly equipped with a huge comfortable beds, with 2 air conditioners, 2 TVs, excellent Wi-Fi. Hotel has the security and staff are very friendly and helpful. It is very clean - cleaned every day. For every recommendation.

The location is fantastic! The staff was accommodating, and it was nice to have the feeling of safety. Thinking of it as just a place to sleep, it was perfect. The door people jaqueline and miguel Angel were nice. Check in was perfect. There is a tiny kitchen, dining, living area to relax in the evening and store drinks which was perfectly fine.

Beautiful appartment! Really modern, comfortable, big. There was a small gym we could use, and in the appartment was a washing machine which was great. Bathrooms were spacious and clean. Great location too, close to Roma and Condesa and to a metro station (Sevilla).

Service perfect, big rooms with the size of a small apartment. It has a dinner room, living room, kitchen, fits 2 regular size beds and the bath was very good and clean. Staff was attentive all the time, we had an issue with a microwave and they changed it immediately
